1. Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Orders over $20.00: Free Standard Shipping within the United States.

  • Orders under $20.00: A flat rate of $7.49 will be applied at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: An optional expedited service is available for a flat rate of $15.00.

2. Processing, Transit, & Order Cutoff Times

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST) — Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

  • Order Processing Time: 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Standard Transit Time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Express Transit Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Timeline: 3–6 business days for Standard Shipping.

3. Shipping Destinations & Tracking

  • We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Secure tracking information will be sent directly to your email address as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment location in Ho-Ho-Kus, New Jersey.

4. Delayed Delivery

While we work closely with our delivery carriers to ensure on-time service, transit times may occasionally vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as federal holidays or severe weather conditions.
