How to Request a Refund

Email support@happybumpstrap.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Condition

Items should be returned in their original condition where possible. We may waive this requirement at our discretion for comfort or fit issues.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
